Personalized Training Program (I will determine your training heart rate zones (there are five of them) and, with the knowledge of your season's goals, I will create your annual training plan. From this, I then create your first 4-week cycle of training. Your training program includes all the swim, bike and run sessions you need to complete and on which days of the week to do them.) :

Single Person Session :
$ 80 pay as you go
$ 70 when you purchase a package of 10 ($ 700)
$ 65 when you purchase a package of 20 ($ 1,300)
$ 55 when you purchase a package of 30 ($ 1,650)
Group Session :
For 2 people
$ 90 pay as you go ($ 45 each)
$ 800 when you purchase a package of 10 = $400 ($ 40 each)
$ 1,280 when you purchase a package of 20 = $640 ($ 32 each)
$ 2,700 when you purchase a package of 30 = 900 ($ 30 each)
For 3 people
$105 pay as you go ($ 35 each)
$ 900 when you purchase a package of 10 = $300 ($ 30 each)
$ 1,680 when you purchase a package of 20 = $560 ($ 28 each)
$ 2,250 when you purchase a package of 30 = $750 ($ 25 each)
Prices are based on one hour sessions.
