MY PHILOSOPHY:

I believe that really good coaching is found in the details. One-on-one, private coaching allows me to analyze our athletes' technique and look for even the most subtle breaks or nuances in form. I can then offer recommendations in order to help you become more efficient. Efficiency and economy are the name of the game in endurance sports, so I feel it's extremely important to give the proper attention to every detail of my athletes' performance in this regard. With efficiency and economy, more than likely, you will also find the extra speed you have been searching for.

Most importantly, your private coaching is just that. You will not be attending someone else's workout or be part of a group workout. You are paying for one-on-one attention, so this is what you will receive.


About Felipe:

I grew up in Brazil. I remember when I was 10 years old and my dad began training for triathlons. Two years later, at 12 years old, I followed in my dad's footsteps and competed in my first triathlon ....and since then, I've raced in over 300 triathlon races around the world, including 2 Ironmans. Triathlon is the reason I came to San Diego from Brazil 6 years ago. I knew San Diego could provide the perfect venue for both daily training and abundant racing opportunities. I was lucky enough to have found my passion when I was 12, and that passion of the triathlon sport has provided me with a fulfilling life of physical training, exciting racing, and the gratifying vocation of coaching others the joy of triathlon. I am looking forward to continuing my triathlon racing career for many years to come.


Personal Training Rates
Personalized Training Program (I will determine your training heart rate zones (there are five of them) and, with the knowledge of your season's goals, I will create your annual training plan. From this, I then create your first 4-week cycle of training. Your training program includes all the swim, bike and run sessions you need to complete and on which days of the week to do them.) :

$360 for 12 Weeks


Single Person Session :

$ 80 pay as you go
$ 70 when you purchase a package of 10 ($ 700)
$ 65 when you purchase a package of 20 ($ 1,300)
$ 55 when you purchase a package of 30 ($ 1,650)

Group Session :

For 2 people
$ 90 pay as you go ($ 45 each)
$ 800 when you purchase a package of 10 = $400 ($ 40 each)
$ 1,280 when you purchase a package of 20 = $640 ($ 32 each)
$ 2,700 when you purchase a package of 30 = 900 ($ 30 each)

For 3 people
$105 pay as you go ($ 35 each)
$ 900 when you purchase a package of 10 = $300 ($ 30 each)
$ 1,680 when you purchase a package of 20 = $560 ($ 28 each)
$ 2,250 when you purchase a package of 30 = $750 ($ 25 each)


Prices are based on one hour sessions.
Package prices are based on full advance payment.

Packages are transferable up to one year from the date of purchase.
