Personal bio:

Rowed in the 2005 and 2006 Cambridge Blue Boat. Used to swim competitively but got bored and took up rowing aged 16 at San Diego RC. Competed at the 2004 Olympic Games, finishing 11th in the men's pair. Competed at the World Championships three times - 2001, 2002 and 2003 - finishing fourth in the eight, fourth in the coxed four and 11th in the pairs respectively. Raced in the IRA (American Collegiate Championships) and went undefeated for four successive years. Also a World Champion at the Under 23 Championships in 1999. Triathlon is his new passion, Breakaway Training is his new weapon.
