Massage therapy is important to living a full well balanced life. I have worked with many different people who ask me for help with pain, athletic performance, or someone who just wants to feel balanced again. Consider massage as a way for you to feel good about yourself and your life. It can enhance the quality of your life and let you accomplish more out of it.
I was trained at Brenneke School of Massage in Seattle Washington, where my education prepared me for a diverse practice with athletes. I have a passion for athletics and athletes. Being an athlete my self I understand what the body endures in athletic events.
Techniques I use in my massage practice for therapy include some of the following…
- Structural evaluation, therapeutic application and adaption
- Deep tissue massage with neurological response and adaptation
- The use of Passive Range of Motion for reeducation of muscle memory
- Charting of progress with pain and improved function
- Sports massage, Trigger PT therapy release, MET’s, etc.
My approach to massage for each client is different, but what I do take to heart is what you say… so my part is to listen and apply the right technique to get the best results out of your therapy. By listening to the body systems, I will enhance the performance of there functions and help facilitate healing and increase athletic function.
Massage Rates:
- $80 for 60min
- $120 for 90 min
- $160 for 120min
