The Ultimate Performance Package

*Enrollment of 3 Months – includes:

- 12 Weeks Personalized Training Schedule (with a choice of Power Meter Analysis)

-2 Personal Coaching Sessions a week – total of 24 sessions for every 3 months  (Swim, Bike, Run)

- 3 Group Workouts a week (Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays)

Cost: $2000

As an athlete and coach I have, over the years, developed a number of training programs to develop the athletic abilities of myself and the athletes I have worked with. As many coaches will tell you, and quite rightly so, a training program has to be developed to meet the individual needs of the athlete and take into consideration many factors: gender, age, strengths, weaknesses, objectives, training facilities etc. As all athletes have different needs a single program suitable for all athletes is not possible. I will determine your training heart rate zones (there are five of them) and, with the knowledge of your season’s goals, I will create your annual training plan. From this, I then create your first 4-week cycle of training. Your training program includes all the swim, bike and run sessions you need to complete and on which days of the week to do them.
