Personalized Training Programs

As an athlete and coach I have, over the years, developed a number of training programs to develop the athletic abilities of myself and the athletes I have worked with. As many coaches will tell you, and quite rightly so, a training program has to be developed to meet the individual needs of the athlete and take into consideration many factors: gender, age, strengths, weaknesses, objectives, training facilities etc. As all athletes have different needs a single program suitable for all athletes is not possible.

I will determine your training heart rate zones (there are five of them) and, with the knowledge of your season's goals, I will create your annual training plan. From this, I then create your first 4-week cycle of training. Your training program includes all the swim, bike and run sessions you need to complete and on which days of the week to do them.

  • Note: The Elite Program is for the athlete who wants the BEST service and RESULTS!  There is a minimum commitment of 6 months for that program.
